Putting the “Life” Into “Lifestyle”

Berewick is designed to offer a range of activities and amenities to fit every lifestyle, right inside your neighborhood. Sprawling across six acres, The Manor House and pool area provide a starting point for discovering Berewick. But, it doesn’t stop there. The Berewick Town Center offers a variety of restaurants, a grocery store and service retail. Soon to come are a hotel, medical offices and additional restaurants. The future Berewick District Park will only add to the community experience. And, the Berewick Recreation Center is open to the community on weekday evenings and weekends, offering pick-up basketball games, art classes, family game nights and more. This facility is shared by the new Berewick Elementary School and is just minutes from every Berewick home.

The Manor House of Berewick. A New Home Community in Charlotte, NC

The Manor House

The beautiful 5,200-square-foot Manor House is the centerpiece of the community, offering a hub of activity for residents. Inside, you’ll find ample space for gatherings with neighbors in the great room, which is served by a catering kitchen complete with warming ovens.

The Manor House is also the base for the on-site activities director, who is available to help fill your calendar. A children’s activity center and a fitness room both host a full schedule of planned programming. At Berewick, there’s always something going on for the entire family.

Outdoor Fun

In the warmer months, residents enjoy the Junior Olympic swimming pool and kids’ splash pool. Shaded lounging areas are a cool spot to take it all in or read a good book.

A large patio area outfitted with grills is ready for neighborhood barbecues – or if you need extra space when family comes to town.

On the weekends, pick-up games of soccer or flag football might occur on the large event lawn. And, on summer evenings, you can pack a picnic and head down to the pond for live music.

For those who like to explore, walking trails meander through the neighborhood. More than 300 acres of green space, with ponds and natural settings, warrant moments of relaxation to take it all in.
